LOCAL PICKUP (Effective 01.01.23

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 business days from purchase date 
  • 3-Day rule for exchange/store credit and/or damaged goods will apply even if your order is eventually shipped.
  • If you otherwise need shipping arrangements, email us at with your name, order number, and contact information.

RETURNS (Must meet all criteria)

  • 3-Day Rule: Request for exchange/store credit on eligible items must be made within 3 days from purchase date.
  • Returns are accepted for exchange/store credit only on eligible items.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, free of customer damages, and have all original tags/packaging in place. 
  • For returns without receipt, customer must be able to provide sufficient proof of purchase. Equal value exchange will be honored ONLY on same day of request. Shipping fees excluded.

  • If your return is approved, you may ship back to us.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 
  • Shipping cost on returns and re-shipping due to wrong addresses are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost packages.  Customer is responsible for tracking of their return package.

  • If item is unavailable on our website, vendor will be contacted in attempt replace same item. BBB is not responsible for delays in replacement from vendors.
  • After all attempts to replace, a store credit may be offered.
